Sourcing & Farm Engagement

Harvesting & Fermentation

Only fully ripe cocoa pods and mature coffee cherries are harvested. For cocoa, beans undergo a 6–7 day fermentation process using traditional box or heap methods to develop rich flavor precursors. Coffee cherries are wet or dry processed based on bean type.

Sorting & Quality Grading

Post-fermentation, cocoa and coffee beans are meticulously sorted, graded, and tested. We eliminate defective or under-fermented beans and classify them by grade, size, and moisture.

  • Use of manual and mechanical sorting equipment

Roasting & Milling

Our in-house roasting facility tailors roast profiles to desired product specifications—whether for cocoa liquor, cocoa butter, or coffee beans. Roasted beans are then milled into liquor or ground for final use.

Pressing & Extraction

Cocoa liquor is pressed using hydraulic or screw presses to separate cocoa butter and cocoa cake. The cocoa cake is further processed into cocoa powder.

Packaging & Storage

Final products—beans, powder, butter, liquor—are packed under hygienic, food-safe conditions. We use moisture-proof, export-grade packaging to preserve freshness and ensure compliance with buyer specifications.
